It was a cold day in central park. Emily had made a habit out of coming there to write everyday in front of the magnificent scenery. One day, she sat on a bench to work on some poetry, the still water and foot bridge in front of her, and everything else around her silent and dead at the mercy of winter. After about an hour, Ben approached her and asked if he could sit next to her. Emily invited him to sit. Ben began to describe how he sees her sitting there every day on his walk back from work, and was interested in what she was writing about. After a good conversation, Ben complimented Emily on her attractiveness and asked her on a date.
